1 General Introduction and Applicability

fo77 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to the fo77 website https://fo77.cam and all related services.

This document forms a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and fo77. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you agree to abide by all provisions of these terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

3 Account Registration and Security

When opening an account at fo77, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and any pending transactions may be voided.

3.1 Account Security

  • Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
  • You must not allow anyone else to use your account.
  • Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.
  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount, fo77 may request completion of an identity verification (KYC) process. Failure to comply may result in restricted account activity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on fo77:

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
  • Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used when making a deposit.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if any active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
  • fo77 reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual transactions.
Processing Time: Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this may take longer during the verification process.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

fo77 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

  • After receiving the bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time period.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus and any winnings earned with the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made while a bonus is active.

5.2 VIP Program

fo77's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Promotion to a VIP tier depends on your regular participation and gaming activity. fo77 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses are forfeited upon expiry.
  • fo77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time without providing a reason.
  • Bonuses apply only to the account of the person who earned them and are non-transferable.
  • If misuse of any bonus or fraudulent activity is detected, the relevant account will be cancelled.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games on the fo77 platform are operated fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a game is interrupted midway due to a technical error, fo77 will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules.
  • Using a betting system or strategy does not violate these terms, however any strategy used with the intent to harm fo77 is prohibited.
  • Specific event rules and conditions apply for cricket, football, or other sports betting.
  • fo77 reserves the right to investigate unusual betting patterns and to withhold payment where necessary.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fo77 platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited:

  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonus benefits.
  • Attempting to hack, crack, or manipulate the platform's software.
  • Match fixing or participating in the manipulation of sports events.
  • Stealing another user's account information or unauthorized use.
  • Playing games using automated bots or software.
  • Chargeback fraud or payment card fraud.
  • Using a third-party payment account.
Warning: fo77 reserves the right to notify relevant authorities of suspicious activity. Legal action may be taken.

8 Responsible Gaming

Users may also request account closure at any time through the support team. An opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed, unless fraudulent activity has been confirmed.

11 Limitation of Liability

fo77 will not be held responsible for the following:

  • Losses caused by problems with the user's own internet connection or device.
  • Account information being compromised due to user negligence or unauthorized third-party activity.
  • Unexpected technical issues or server outages.
  • Any financial loss resulting from gaming.
  • Delays or failures related to third-party services (e.g., payment gateways).

fo77 reserves the right to correct any amount (bonus, winnings, or balance) displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes

fo77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via email or through the platform.
